Is there any way of two people working on the same workbook?

A: It can’t be done, because two files are generated XML which is notoriously difficult to merge - effectively impossible - so I wouldn't even consider this. Instead coordinate and pass it around, or use centralized, shared data sources and work on multiple workbooks.
