Will I lose data if I move desktop to another device?

A: If you want transfer saved data sources, custom shapes etc. Then transfer the contents of "My Tableau Repository" (usually under my documents folder) folders from current computer to the new one. Assuming you have always saved the data sources to the Tableau default directory My Tableau Repository\Datasources.
